Each Application has it's own Cache, even Android System will also leaves the traces of Cache. This happens mainly by Cache which will slow down the Android System by using all the RAM space/Memory. 1.How To Clean Cache Of A Particular  Application.

-Go to Settings
-Select App Manager/Application Manager
-Swipe to All Applications
-Select the file that you want to clear the Cache.
-Once the info opens up, scroll down and click on Cache (This will clean Cache of this App) but don't click on data, if you do so..All the data will be erased. Make sure to do that if you want to clear data.
-Finished

2.How To Clean Cache of All Applications.

-Go to Settings
-Select Storage
-Here you will find Cache, once you see that.  Give a click then it will ask to delete cache. Then press ok.
-Now the Cache of All Applications has been cleared.
-Finished

3.How to clean Android System's and Appliction's Cache.

This will clean everything from both Android System as well as Application Cache. Don't worry you won't loose any Data.

-Turn of your Phone
-Go to Recovery Mode
-If you are using Samsung then Hold Volume Up+Power Button+Home Button at the same, when you see the Samsung logo then release the buttons (If you are not using Samsung Mobile then Use your phone process and go into Recovery Mode)
-Here Select Wipe Cache Partition(Use Volume keys to Navigate and Power Button to select)
-Now select Reboot System
-Finished
