In this summer, Samsung is going to launch its Smasung pay service which allows the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge users to make payments using their smartphones easily in retailers that are supported both NFC and magnetic secure transmission payments. This feature won't function properly if your device is rooted, so keep that in mind before you proceed to root the device.

According to SamMobile they explained that the devices that are rooted, services like Samsung's Knox security feature and Samsung Pay will be disabled. If your device gets rooted, the integrity will be breached which is must necessary for vital & sensitive features like Smartphone Payments.

Beacause of this it doesn't mean it's the end of the world for rooters, but Samsung Pay is going to be an awesome service. The support for magnetic secure which was added likely thanks to Samsung’s acquisition of LoopPay, it will also open up support for payments in places where even Apple Pay isn’t supported which is really good thing.

Ofcourse, It’s your phone though and ultimately the decision is yours. I mean to say just consider the pros and cons first.
